All sales are final unless your BirdieBuns order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, contact birdiebuns.us@outlook.us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund to the original payment method.
